To Shin Do
Kasumi-An To Shin Do is a living, personal martial art emphasizing naturalness of movement, responsiveness to one's adversary, absolute practicality and the cultivation of personal empowerment.

To Shin Do incorporates powerful physical techniques and the equally powerful personal empowerment strategies to help you realize your full potential. As you progress in To Shin Do, the movements become customized to your needs as opposed to you becoming regimented to the techniques. You will also learn that the "principles" underlying the techniques can be used to successfully engage life's every day challenges and can help you to accomplish any goal you set out for yourself.
